We leave in one week! I can't believe that it is almost time for our annual ride. This time we will ride the Western States and the National Parks. At this point, we plan to leave westbound and do California first. We haven't left yet so our plans can change. It all depends on the weather. We will be going with six in the party. We have two new members going this year. C.E. Fuller and Ken Shriner will be joining us. They are both retired from the PD and were Motors. C.E. was my first Motor Sgt. They both ride Honda Gold Wings. J.B. Henderson and Jim Morrison will not join us this year. They ride Harleys. Bruce bought a new motorcycle this year. He traded in his Honda for a Harley. During our Route 66 ride last year, I ended up getting a new Honda Gold Wing. Our group consists of three Harleys and three Gold Wings. Jan Marshall is the sixth of our group and rides a Harley.
We are going to meet tomorrow at our usual Denny's and discuss the trip. I'm sure that I speak for all of the group that "we can't wait!"
